1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or utilizing BlackHatCommando Academy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable domestic and international laws. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from accessing our systems, curriculum, and cyber lab infrastructure.
2. Ethical Hacking & Cyber Range Acceptable Use
The offensive and defensive cybersecurity techniques taught at BlackHatCommando are designed solely for lawful defensive, research, and educational purposes:
- Sandboxed Environments Only: Exploitation scripts, fuzzing tools, packet capture, and penetration testing methodologies must be conducted exclusively against designated academy virtual machines and CTF ranges.
- Zero Tolerance for External Attacks: Utilizing knowledge, tools, or computing infrastructure obtained from the Academy to target, probe, or disrupt unauthorized external systems is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent expulsion and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
- Malicious Code Prohibition: Students may not upload, transmit, or deploy live destructive malware, ransomware, or weaponized exploits into shared academy servers or peer environments.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All curriculum material, instructional videos, exam questions, lab runbooks, proprietary SOPs, graphics, and source code are the exclusive intellectual property of BlackHatCommando Academy and protected by copyright law:
- Enrollment grants a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for educational self-study.
- You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, upload to public torrents/repositories, or broadcast any course material without explicit prior written authorization.
4. Examination & Credential Integrity
BlackHatCommando certifications carry industry recognition and must reflect genuine skill mastery:
- Students must personally solve exams and practical assessments without proxy test-takers or unauthorized AI prompt assistance where restricted.
- Any detected credential forgery, answer leakage, or exam manipulation will cause immediate revocation of all earned certificates and permanent account blacklisting.
5. Account Governance & Fee Schedules
To preserve virtual machine compute infrastructure and maintain security standards:
- Inactive Policy: Accounts inactive for over 90 days may be moved to archived status. Re-enabling access to active course materials requires a ₹1,500/- INR reactivation fee.
- Warning Penalties: If an account incurs three (3) official warnings regarding platform abuse, terms violations, or account sharing, the account may be suspended until a restoration fee of ₹3,000/- INR is fulfilled and approved.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlackHatCommando Academy, its instructors, and operational staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our educational materials or platform tools.
7. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following published revisions constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
